This limited warranty applies to the Reel Seating Collection, offering coverage against defects in materials and workmanship. It is valid exclusively in the United States and Canada for the original purchaser of a Neighbor product, either directly from Neighbor or through an authorized retailer. Defects in workmanship and materials refer to any abnormality compromising the product’s integrity, causing it to malfunction or be unfit for its intended household outdoor use under normal conditions.

Coverage by Product Component

• Cushions and Covers are guaranteed for five (5) years from the delivery date against loss of functionality due to seam failure, under normal household use and outdoor conditions. Sunbrella® fabric for cushions and covers is warranted against becoming unusable due to color loss, degradation in strength, abrasion, or pilling from standard use and exposure to sunlight, mildew, and atmospheric chemicals, within reasonable usage limits.
• Cushion Foam Inserts are warranted for five (5) years from the delivery date against visible indentation or sagging more than three-quarters of an inch (¾") in the foam material below the cover, without applied weight, any edge exceeding a ¾" variance from specified dimensions, and splitting or cracking under normal use and proper handling.
• Teak and other components are warranted for three (3) years from the date of delivery against physical or structural failures, damage, or deterioration that makes them unfit for intended use.

Neighbor limits its liability to the specifics of this warranty. Proof of purchase or other reasonable cooperation may be required, and Neighbor reserves the right to inspect any product subject to a warranty claim.

Upon identifying a defect in material or workmanship, Neighbor will either repair or replace the defective product or part at its discretion. The choice between repairing or replacing parts will be made by Neighbor, based on practicality and availability. Replacement items will match the model, version, color, or style available at the time, which may vary from the original. Repairs or replacements under warranty do not extend the original warranty term nor initiate a new warranty period. There is a limit of one warranty claim per promotional item.

Exclusions from the limited warranty include:

• Regular wear and tear, natural variations in wood, effects of weathering, minor imperfections not affecting usability, and damage from extreme weather, moisture, direct sunlight, heat, or harmful substances.
• Improper maintenance or storage, incorrect assembly, accidents, misuse, or abuse.
• Costs related to warranty claims, like labor/installation and shipping, except where noted.
