How To Plan For Your Neighbor Furniture Delivery

The countdown is on! We know you're excited to receive your new Neighbor items. We are grateful to have you as customer and look forward to seeing how our furniture looks in your space. While we work on your order, here’s how you can prepare for your Neighbor furniture order to arrive:

Plan Your Layout

It helps to know how you plan to layout your space before your furniture arrives. Measure your patio or deck area and consider different layout options. You can use our augmented reality software to see how your piece will look in your space in real-time, to scale. When planning your outdoor living room, it also helps to think about how you, your family, and your guests will flow through the space. Take note of the view you’ll have when seated (the pool? the sunrise? It’s up to you!). Don’t forget to leave room for accessories like potted plants, lanterns, and space heaters.

Get Your Tools Ready

When we came up with the idea for Neighbor, we wanted your entire experience (from shopping to assembly to cleaning) to be simple and straightforward. Your delivery will include all the hardware you need to assemble the furniture, plus an Allen wrench to tighten our marine-grade stainless steel bolts. You’ll need a Phillips head screwdriver to finish the job. If you're eager, read how to assemble your Neighbor sofa, chair, loveseat, sectional, ottoman, or coffee table before it arrives.

How Our Furniture Arrives

We ship our furniture via FedEx Ground. You’ll get an email notification from us once your order or part of your order has shipped. The email will include a tracking number and an estimated delivery date. When your furniture arrives, you’ll get an email saying it has been delivered. FedEx won’t require a signature when they drop off your boxes, so plan to be home to bring your furniture inside. Be aware that sometimes FedEx will send a “delivered” email even if part of your order is on a different truck set to arrive later or the next day. Please plan to recycle or reuse our cardboard shipping boxes. We believe in being a good neighbor to each other and the environment.
