Frequently asked questions

Yes. Powder-coated aluminum patio furniture is very low maintenance and easy-to-clean. To clean our Terra outdoor lounge furniture, simply hose it down or wash gently with soap and water. Rinse dry. 

The Terra back cushions are very plush — and even more comfortable than you might expect. Our base cushions are made with our quick-drying foam and wrapped in fiber, while the back cushions are fiber-fill only. The fabric is Sunbrella with 20% recycled fibers. It’s soft to the touch and has flecks of color from the recycled yarns that give it texture and character. With Terra, you can expect to feel cozy and supported enough to lounge all day long.

All Neighbor Sunbrella fabric is machine washable. Use cold water on the delicate cycle with normal amounts of mild laundry detergent. For severe mold or mildew, add 1 cup of bleach. Allow fabric to air dry. Sunbrella fabric resists stains and is perfect if you have kids or pets. All Sunbrella fabric includes a 5-year warranty.
