Good design creates its own reputation

Worth the wait. All the delivery boxes seemed overwhelming at first but we appreciate the effort to keep packing materials to a minimum. Thank you! Assembly was smooth, easy to follow, missing a couple screws but we'll get those replaced. Seating is comfortable, cushions stay in place.

Overall super functional and completes our patio good vibes. We also ordered the cover, a perfect fit and necessary in Oregon.

We searched forever to find quality and durable outdoor furniture that also fit our aesthetic. We kept coming back to Neighbor and finally purchased the sofa, ottoman, chairs and covers and could not be happier with them! The costumer service was exceptional and the set up was easy and hassle free. We just welcomed our first baby at the end of March. I know we will be spending lots of time outside this spring and summer as a family enjoying our new outdoor furniture! We could not be happier! Highly recommend!

It took a long time to get here (which due to Covid is nobodies fault and I was kept up to date), but it was worth the wait. It's great for hosting a crowd or for a few of us lounging on the weekend. We all love it!!

We absolutely love our Low Chair Jrs.! We have one for each kiddo and they love sitting them to watch outdoors movies or for fires with s’mores! They are the perfect size for both my 2 year old and my 6 year old. And we love that they match our black low chairs that we have for the adults. Seriously the cutest kid chair you will find, can’t recommend them enough!!

My husband and I bought the Haven teak arm sofa in Rust after a long, frustrating experience with West Elm where our sofa was never delivered in full after a year of back and forth communication.

Ordering from Neighbor was refreshingly seamless with a very quick turn around! Customer service was excellent and answered all of our questions quickly. We assembled the sofa and two ottomans quickly and each piece is thoughtfully designed and very comfortable! The only thing we would change is adding some ties to the cushions on the ottomans - they tend to slide around a bit. Very happy with our purchase!

I search & search for the perfect patio set. I wanted something durable but yet stylish. I found it at Neighbor!! I had questions prior to ordering & the customer service was very helpful. I purchased the couch, loveseat, pillows & covers - it also arrived within two weeks, which was a bonus.
