Sunbrella Extract works great on removing tough oil and grease stains. It also may be effective for lingering spots that didn't clean up fully the first go around. For specific stain cleaning information visit our How to Clean section.

Sunbrella Extract has been tested and approved for use on all Sunbrella fabrics (except for Horizon® Marine Vinyl). Sunbrella Extract is also safe for use on most other water safe fabrics but should always be spot tested before use on non-Sunbrella fabrics. Test a small, hidden area and examine when dry. If color or texture is affected, do not use.

Stains fall into one of two categories; water based or oil based. Oil based are the toughest to completely remove as they are hydrophobic and repel water. Butter, bacon grease, salad dressing, mayonnaise and sunscreen are all oil based stains and can be treated using our Sunbrella Extract Oil Based Stain Remover.
